Sputter Tool

Our AJA sputter tool is configured as a "sputter down" system and has a load lock allowing fast and easy film deposition on any surface or multiple substrates at once. The system accommodates 6" diameter substrates and has both rf and dc power sources, as well as back sputter and reactive gas capability.
